that works. It does technically have its own grammar, of a sort. Very flexible grammar, but still. There are definitely ways to say things in lolcat and ways you wouldn't say things.

It's a sort of 'well, you did ASK for one hundred and fifty lines of incomprehensibility. The fact that it's a comprehensible kind of incomprehensibility, if you're a frequent 'Net user, is just our way of thumbing our noses.' I personally hope that the markers have never seen lolcat before and are hopelessly confused by the whole thing.

Exactly. And, like pidgins, it's based on a combination of languages, and it's actually kind of incomprehensible to people who only speak normal English (you wouldn't believe how much trouble Ziekk had with it). I'm pretty sure it qualifies.
